To work as a part of a dynamic Marketing team, to deliver campaigns and marketing activity designed to build demand to achieve the business objectives. To develop, implement, measure and report upon marketing activities for the RACQ Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning of RACQ Group marketing tasks and campaigns in accordance with the annual marketing plan and budget to ensure the achievement of stated objectives in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the conception, design, writing and production of marketing materials adhering to brand image and any relevant marketing strategies
- Identify most effective media and place advertising material in line with specifications.
- Coordinate external suppliers, (e.g. agency, printers, graphic designers, photographers etc) ensuring budgets, policies, quality standards and supplier agreements are upheld
- Maintain an efficient and effective work practice in accordance with system procedures contributing to a regular schedule of work-in progress meetings, maintaining a transparent communication of status on all projects, undertaking quality checks, legal and brand compliance and keeping up-to-date copies of all working files
- Maintain a marketing index of all images, completed artwork and production and brand graphics files ensuring contractual compliance with talent and/or producers.
- Track, measure and report campaign performance against agreed campaign objectives.
- This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
About you:
- Minimum of University degree in relevant study area, Business or Marketing, or relevant qualifications
- 3 years+ experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including copywriting
- Good organisational and time, task and priority management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Indesign, Photoshop, Content Management Systems, Vision 6, Facebook, Twitter, Google
