We are now looking for additional team members to join us in our Sales & Stock, Retail Christmas Casual roles at our Waurn Ponds store. We're not just looking for anyone - we want people with passion and a desire to delight every customer they engage
Job Description
We're seeking team members who are full of personality and confidence, can quickly develop interpersonal connections, and have great availability for work across the seven days of the week.
- You're full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
- You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
- You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
- Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones
- This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 25th January 2026
Stock Assistant encompasses the above plus:
- Ability to assist with stock receival, ensuring products are unpacked in a timely manner and allocated appropriately to either refill the floor or restock the storeroom
- Ability to lift up to 20kg of stock and an understanding of OHS practices
