About Colourful Minds:

At Colourful Minds, we're passionate about supporting neurodiverse children in the age of 2-16 years old and their families to thrive focusing on behaviour challenges. Our team takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to behaviour therapy, providing personalised support in homes, schools, and clinic settings. Based in Belmore (2192 NSW) , we support clients throughout the Sutherland Shire, Canterbury-Bankstown, Inner West, Lower North Shore , and Sydney CBD .

The Role:

We're seeking a warm, motivated Behaviour Therapist/ Psychologist / Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration to join our team. You'll work with neurodiverse children, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
Deliver play-based, evidence-informed interventions
Use creative therapeutic mediums such as music, LEGO, play, art, and sports
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
Provide parent coaching and guidance to teachers and carers
Apply a social model of disability to advocate for children's needs
Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and reports
Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training
