This person will administer and control projects across QLD and surrounding regions, using their ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers, and motivate and inspire their team.* Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture* Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site* Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process* Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines* Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others, and always strives to exceed customer expectations* Manage performance and skill development of the team* Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement* Experience managing a team essential* Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred - Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Trade qualifications are highly desirable* Elevator industry experience preferred* Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level* Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training* Proven ability to win with customers* Resilient and persevering approach* Outgoing and customer centric personality**There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.*** Enjoy career progression opportunities within a global organisation* Access a range of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work* Grow with comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills**Note:** Applicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of New Zealand or Australia to apply for this position.This role is being sourced directly by KONE.
