headspace Devonport is the gateway to Tasmania, located in the beautiful Northwest. We provide integrated services to 12-25 year-olds, which include physical and mental health services, work and study alcohol and other drugs support, as well as community engagement opportunities through a multidisciplinary team approach.

headspace Devonport is a partnership of local health and community service organisations provided by Cornerstone Youth Services Inc. Our aim is to provide fully integrated free primary health care services for young people a “youth friendly” environment. Your role in this team would be to provide physical, sexual, and mental health services.

We are seeking experienced General Practitioners to join our dynamic and progressive team on a contract/sessional basis, with a willingness to provide a bulk billing service. We are a friendly supportive team, supported by both the expertise of headspace Devonport and the extended headspace National team, with opportunities to engage in professional learning. We have professional centre facilities in a central location. We can provide flexible working hours, full administration support including reception, appointment bookings & billing through our Best Practice system. Fully computerised medical software, including Telehealth, with IT support. You’ll have access to a national online collaborative with learning tools (CLN) with National Clinical Team support. Fully managed care co-ordination along with regular multi-disciplinary care reviews.
