If you are you a skilled automotive professional that is ready for their next challenge, then you are in the right place RACQ is seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters to join our high-performing team across multiple locations in South East Queensland.

About the role

As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you’ll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. You’ll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

This is a hands‑on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine. Annual Salary commencing from $76,550 + superannuation – negotiable depending on experience.

About you

- Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade
- Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills
- Hold current C Class Drivers Licence
- Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check.
