Work as a Lely Field Service Technician and make a real difference on the farm every day.

Due to the expansion of robotic milking and associated barn equipment installations throughout our state, we are seeking expressions of interest for a full-time dedicated Service Technician to support our growing business.

You will play a critical role in the service department for the installation, servicing and repair of our customer's (farmers) onsite milking robots and associated equipment. Comprehensive training will be provided.

You know how important it is to keep everything running — after all, cows don’t stop producing milk. With your technical know-how and practical smarts, you help farms move forward and build a strong relationship of trust with the farmers.

Comprehensive on the job product training and ongoing development.

Service vehicle and associated equipment, laptop and mobile phone.

Competitive pay (based on previous experience).

Monthly RDO’s.

On-call, travel and other relevant allowances.

Varied role with some flexibility in organizing your schedule.

Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your (personal) skills.

- A small but dedicated team.

About You

- Hold full working rights within Australia.

- Hold a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.

- Demonstrated well-developed fault-finding, diagnostic and time management skills.

- Mechanical, electrical / pneumatic experience will be a distinct advantage. Plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, general equipment maintenance experience, or a background in agriculture would be a plus.

- Experience as a Welder / Fabricator.

- EWP, white card, Working at Heights (or associated costs for training will be provided if required).

- A valid forklift licence (if you don’t have one, we will provice the associated costs for training).
