With exciting growth ahead, we’re looking for an energetic and people‑focused Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Castle Towers.

Your New Role: As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a high performing team in one of Sydney’s busiest retail destinations. This is a hands‑on customer first role where you’ll lead by example, bringing energy, style and service to every interaction. Whether it’s styling a customer, managing floor operations or mentoring a team member – you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Get Up To:

- Support daily store operations while delivering an elevated service driven customer experience

- Assist in leading a passionate team creating a collaborative and inspiring culture

- Contribute to visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation

- Take initiative in training and developing team members through coaching and feedback

- Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

- Champion the brand ensuring every customer feels welcomed and styled with care

Experience Checklist:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or a senior team member ready for the next step

- A background in service‑focused retail environments where you love getting to know your customers and make recommendations

- Confident leadership skills with emotional intelligence and presence on the floor

- Organised, proactive and able to balance operations with customer experience

- Passionate about styling, trends and creating memorable in‑store experiences
