About the Role

We're seeking three experienced Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developers to join a high-impact transformation program within a major government agency. You'll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary scrum team delivering robust, scalable Salesforce-based solutions that improve outcomes for Australians.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while building your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver high-quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility specialists.
- Participate in daily scrum activities and agile ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and governance through code reviews.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members to build internal capability.
- Assist with design standards and deployment processes across environments.

Essential Criteria

- Proven experience with Salesforce Vlocity using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Strong understanding of OOP, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events).
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Omnistudio Developer.
- Proficiency with source control tools (e.g., GitLab) and package-based development.

Desirable Criteria

- Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
- Successful delivery of 4+ Salesforce CRM projects using agile methodology.
- Passion for accessible design and development.
- Familiarity with modern accessibility standards and practices.

- Citizenship Requirement: Australian citizens only.
- Labour Hire Licence: Required for ACT, VIC, and QLD.
