Our Subaru Service Centre in Castle Hill is seeking a Storeperson/Parts Interpreter to join our Aftersales team. In this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. You’ll empower and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate+ strategy.

What you’ll do

- Respond swiftly to queries raised or problemidentified, understanding that this is critical to the effective running of the Service department.

- Ensure day to day activities are executed in line with service level agreements and key performance indicators.

- Put away goods against binning report, referencing part number, quantity, and check for visible damage. Any discrepancies to be noted andvalidatedin the shipping binning report

- Assistingall retail sites with any stock take requirements

- Ensure a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with our customers

- Pre-pick service parts to support jobs tocommenceby Technicians
