We arecurrently seeking a full-time Homelessness Case Manager to join ourteam in Rockhampton. You will provide case management support topeople who are homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness or housedbut at risk of homelessness. Case management is provided to peoplein their home, in temporary living situations, in supportedhousing, in a community setting or in a publicspace.

Whatwill a typical day look like?

- Partnerwith participants to create and review personalisedplans that turn goals into reality.

- Providehands-on support—from practical advice andcrisis budgeting to connecting people with vital communityresources.

- Championindependence by delivering proactive, respectful, andcomprehensive assistance that values dignity andprivacy.

- Advocatefor access to housing and specialist services,including mental health, legal, and family support.

MandatoryRequirements:

- Certificate IVqualifications in Community Services or similar.

- Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.

- Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)

- Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
