As a key member of the Projects Delivery Team, the Site Manager - Medium-Density Residential Developments will coordinate all day-to-day site management activities including liaison with clients, architects, engineers and consultants and provide technical advice and direction to sub-contractors on site. The Site Manager - Medium-Density Residential Developments will manage the end-to-end coordination of build projects, includingconstruction schedules, site activities and safety, and progress claims through to completion. You will also ensure that site set out, earthworks, drainage, roadworks, landscaping and the building trade works are all completed in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards.

This position will suit experienced Construction Supervisors and Site Managers who can demonstrate local experience in Construction Projects and knowledge in Medium Density and Group Housing Developments. Your resourcefulness and ability to lead complete group housing development projects from site preparation, site levels and set out, structural construction, finishes and street-scaping will set you apart. Your Building, Structural, Carpentry, Joinery, or other Related Trade background will be well-regarded and certificate or diploma building studies or Australian building-code specific qualifications may further enhance your suitability. Driving efficiency and construction work output on building sites through local practical site, materials sourcing, and solutions experience will set you apart. A premium salary package will be negotiated to reward qualifications, local experience and highlight the responsibility of this key appointment.
