About the role:

- Based @ Malvern East Horizons Care Community
- Provide effective leadership, support and management to Housekeeping Teams, including cleaning and laundry departments
- Manage the delivery of housekeeping services to support resident's needs
- Manage and implement daily cleaning schedule
- Housekeeping of rooms and common areas of the Care Community
- Providing excellent customer service to our residents in all areas
