Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new adidas store and being a part of our expansion in Australia?

We are seeking CHRISTMAS CASUALS to work at our 2 X NEW stores due to open late 2025 in Eastgardens, Sydney over the Christmas period.

Successful candidates will be starting November 2025 to ensure adequate training before we commence our bump in store trade for these highly anticipated locations during the busiest period of the year

Key Responsibilities

- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them

- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations

- The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards

- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Please note applicants must have permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand. No relocation or visa support is offered for these roles. Part of adidas Pacific’s recruitment process will require external candidates to consent to a pre‑employment credit and criminal history check.

Working Hours

To be considered for the role you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
