Pay: $32.43 - $36.53 per hour

Role & Responsibilities

As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Goodstart Brighton – Cochrane Street

- Intimate 60-place centre, where you’ll feel at home from day 1
- Long standing team, some with 10+ years of service to Goodstart
- Strong culture of inclusion in a friendly team who have built strong relationships both inside and outside of work
- Part time role, floating across all rooms (3 or 4 days per week)

Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Vic Working with Children Check
- Auslan Training (or a desire to grow this capability)
