The Opportunity
Revo Fitness is an emerging leader in the Australian Fitness Industry. As we continue to grow across Australia, we’re looking for a full-time Data Analyst to help power our growth through data‑led insights and innovation.
In this role you’ll shape our data‑driven culture by collecting, cleaning and analysing data from a range of sources, applying statistical techniques to uncover meaningful trends and opportunities.
You’ll also manage databases, build predictive models and develop dashboards that support strategic decision‑making, collaborating with stakeholders to design insightful reports.
Key focuses will be: Power BI reporting, Azure and Automation Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, store, clean and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations and actionable insights.
- Prepare and quality‑assure data for monthly Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Document and streamline existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Support automation efforts using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL databases and Power BI dataflows.
- Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and insight generation as data capability grows.
- Develop and maintain databases, leveraging APIs and connectors to ensure regular data updates.
- Create data models and dashboards that clearly communicate insights and support decision‑making across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations and cybersecurity protocols to protect data integrity and privacy.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business or Statistics.
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Power BI, including building and managing reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Azure, including integrating and utilising cloud‑based analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the knack for storytelling – turning complex datasets into clear, compelling insights to share with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in structured languages such as SQL & DAX.
- Additional skills in programming languages such as Python & R are beneficial, however not required.
