Role: Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all stakeholders. The core responsibility is engaging with customers to assess eligibility for financial applications.
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provide accurate information for customers' financial applications.
3. Perform data entry for contract lodgement.
4. Interpret guidelines and assess eligibility accurately.
5. Meet deadlines and KPIs daily.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Capability to handle complex inquiries and issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Teamwork skills.
- Experience with various systems/databases.
- Previous call centre experience.
