Overview

Join a major $80M site-based project in Perth's north. Long-term role with career development opportunities. TEN Recruitment is seeking an HSE Advisor to join a large-scale $80M project based in Perth’s northern suburbs. This site-based role will see you driving health, safety, and environmental compliance using Hammertech software, while working with a respected WA contractor that values safety and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE management plans on-site
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety standards
- Maintain accurate safety reporting using Hammertech
- Support project teams and subcontractors to foster a strong safety culture

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction
- Knowledge of WHS legislation and industry safety practices
- Hammertech software experience preferred
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights
