About the Role

Right at Home provides in-home aged care and disability support services, empowering individuals to live independently. We are currently seeking a Home Care Cleaner to join our Gold Coast and Tweed Heads team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance for older people living in their own homes to promote independence and improve quality of life in Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
  • Travel between clients' homes using your own vehicle within a 2-hour service area.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces according to schedules.
  • Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure overall comfort and hygiene.
  • Assist with laundry.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure clients' well-being.
  • Work typically between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
Requirements
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required).
  • Suitable smartphone with internet access.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
  • Empathy and resourcefulness to provide exceptional support.
