Your role:

- Manage large, end-to-end, multi-year, $multi-million transition and transformation engagements
- Transition planning and execution
- Senior stakeholder engagement and influence, both internally and client-side
- On-time, on-budget execution of successful transitions
- Control the “scope” change during transition and handle internal / client escalations at CIO / Infrastructure Director level
- Achieve high customer satisfaction as part of transition
- Help client and Capgemini achieve risk-free transition leveraging best practices and internal tools and platforms for transition

Your profile:

- Circa 20 years' of experience in managing large transition and transformation engagements for IT Infrastructure outsourcing (server, storage, network, end-user computing, cloud migration, cyber security set up etc.)
- Global Consulting / IT Services / Professional Services experience of complex, matrix organisations with onshore & offshore delivery
- Experience of preparing an appropriate transition plan (.mpp file), managing and tracking the deliverables
- Successful track record of execution on transition plan
- Consistent history of client satisfaction demonstrated by NPS scores
