What You’ll Do

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of asset finance brokers.
- Drive business growth and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end deal flow, from warm lead to successful settlement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategy and operational improvements.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in finance - you do not need to have asset finance experience
- A track record in sales leadership or team management.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Ability to coach and develop brokers to lift performance.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks in financial services.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Suite, and financial software.
