This roster is 5/2/4/3 and a 10 hour day.

About the Role

This is a role for someone who thrives on precision, planning, and people. As Senior Surveyor, you’ll report to the Technical Services Superintendent and take the reins of a high-performing survey team in a well-established open pit environment. You’ll be the go-to for coordinating survey priorities, mentoring team members, and ensuring data integrity across geology, engineering, and production.

With around 80% of your time spent in the office, you’ll be driving strategy, overseeing end-of-month computations, and shaping how survey data supports operational decisions. It’s a leadership role with technical depth, perfect for someone who enjoys turning numbers into insights and insights into action.

About You

You’re a numbers person with a knack for clear communication. With 6+ years of experience in mine surveying, you’ve built a reputation for accuracy, reliability, and being the person who can explain complex data in a way that makes sense to everyone, from drill and blast crews to senior management.

You hold a formal qualification in Surveying, and ideally a statutory ticket as a Senior Mine Surveyor. You’re comfortable with modern survey systems and drone technology, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a measurable impact.
