In this role, the successful **Senior Process Engineer** will ensure the viability of Cochlear’s manufacturing processes by implementing stable, scalable, and reliable solutions. You will be working with a collaborative and diverse group of people to develop stable and robust manufacturing processes, support supply chain or manufacturing improvement projects, or ensure we have the capabilities to manufacture our increasing volumes.**Responsibilities include:*** Support the supply chain and R&D group project execution by developing and implementing safe, scalable, stable and robust manufacturing processes across the manufacturing network for new and commercially already available product.* Develop scalable and robust manufacturing processes within Cochlear and at suppliers of manufactured components.* Ensure that manufacturing processes and associated documents comply with Cochlear QMS and international regulation (e.g. WI, PFMEA).* Responsible for meeting the manufacturing strategy by relocating/duplicating processes across the manufacturing network.* Deliver complex processes in line with project objectives, target and timeline within the area of expertise.* Apply lean manufacturing principles in process development to drive efficiency and reduce waste.This role offers a dynamic and influential position within Cochlear’s global manufacturing processes, working with various stakeholders and making a significant impact on product quality and innovation.
