JOB DETAILS: You will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders / customers. Providing pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Pharmacology
- Hospital Pharmacy experience is ideal but not essential
- Relevant licensing & registration with full AHPRA are essential
- Police check (within the past 6 months)
- Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of relevant qualifications
- Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
- Full working rights in Australia
