My client is seeking an experienced Options trader with experience trading on the Asian markets.

Responsibilities

- Maximize revenue by creating a competitive edge trading the most competitive option products in Asia.
- Develop position taking strategies on key markets through data analysis and machine learning techniques in python
- Work collaboratively with software developers and other technologists to get the strategies into production
- Be a subject matter expert on your given market and asset class

Skills required

- Experienced in option volatility trading with at least 3 years’ experience in Asian markets (KOR, JP, HK preferred).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (graduate or post graduate), with strong academic results, preference in mathematics, finance, science, engineering IT or computer science.
- Proven ability to act and perform successfully in a fast moving and high pressured environment
- Passion for learning; you are driven to succeed, you work well individually and in a team to get results
- Experience in computer programming is desirable (Python, C/C++, Java, Matlab, SQL).
