FinXL IT is partnering with a leading financial services organisation through our Associate Program, and we're seeking multiple Associate Engineers (Java OR Data) to join our team and be deployed on a key transformation project.

Responsibilities

- Perform hands‑on development of custom data pipelines using tools like ANTLR

- Implement and manage large‑scale data pipelines using Apache Spark

- Work closely with senior‑level engineers on significant initiatives

- Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams to deliver real‑time data platforms

- Receive targeted training to rapidly build your Java and/or Data engineering skills

- Contribute to the successful delivery of next‑generation technology solutions

Key Requirements

- Recent Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

- Hands‑on experience or coursework in Java programming and/or Apache Spark

- A strong, critical thinker with the ability to proactively identify problems and propose solutions

- Desire to work in a fast‑paced and high‑performing team

- Passionate about IT engineering and an eagerness to learn
