You’re the Right Fit If You:

- Are fully qualified with at least 5 years’ hands-on experience – your skills are sharp, and your confidence shows it.
- Bring strong knowledge of the automotive industry and keep up with the latest developments.
- Pride yourself on delivering outstanding customer service – always with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Have a natural ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- Are highly organised, efficient, and great at managing your own time.
- Can spot additional repair needs during diagnostics and communicate them effectively.
- Hold a current full driver’s licence.
- Are reliable, independent, and comfortable taking the lead when needed.
- Available Monday–Friday with alternate Saturday mornings.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles (new and used).
- Use your diagnostic skills to identify and solve mechanical issues.
- Step into front-of-house duties when needed – support customers with a smile and a solution.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Keep tools and equipment in great condition and the workspace safe and tidy.
- Support junior team members through hands-on learning and leadership.
- Stay up to date with dealership services and products.
- Follow correct procedures for warranty and service documentation.
