- A base salary and beyond – Enjoy the benefits of a salaried role with a generous bonus program on top that rewards you as your caseload grows.
- Permanent employment with perks – You'll have the job security of an employee model, including superannuation, full leave entitlements, and peace of mind without the complications of contracting.
- Salary packaging – Boost your take-home pay with up to $15,900 p.a. in tax-free salary packaging options.

- Leave that reflects your value – In addition to standard leave, enjoy extra annual leave every year.
- Paid parental leave – Be supported during life’s most important milestones with paid time off to care for your growing family.
- Career progression that’s personal – Receive regular individual and group supervision, with a $1000 annual PD allowance, structured support for registrars, and a growing shared resource library.
- Grow your own way – Shape your caseload around your clinical interests, with access to a wide variety of presentations, psychological assessments, and the opportunity to help design new group and community programs.
- Tech that works for you – We’ll provide your own laptop, and you'll have access to a wide range of clinical tools and assessments. We also use voice dictation, AI tools, and text expanders to make admin more efficient and less time-consuming.
- A workplace that prioritises your wellbeing – With daily access to a supportive leadership team, clinical check-ins, and space to recharge, your mental health and job satisfaction stay front and centre.
- Connection and culture – Enjoy quarterly team workshops, creative events, and fun activities like scavenger hunts, charity events, weekend getaways, and more. Our workplace culture is built on genuine relationships and shared purpose.
- Modern facilities and everyday ease – We have full-time reception support, thoughtfully designed clinic spaces, free onsite parking, and seamless systems to help you do your best work.
