At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.
Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to enhance the retail sales and profitability of a store through coordinating and scheduling automotive repair service transactions and responding to related customer service issues.
- Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
- Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
- Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling
- Respond to customer service concerns and problems
- Act in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activities
- Enhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service through providing training to service providers
- Monitors and control facility and asset utilization
- Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Equivalent
- At least 1-year related experience in the automotive service business
- ASE certifications as required
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Supervisory and management skills
- Service diagnosis and technical skills
- Business mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
