More about you – Sales Assistant

The ideal candidate will prioritize customer service with a passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will be part of a progressive business that values and supports career growth. We're looking for a team member who thrives in a busy, sales-driven environment and enjoys engaging with customers, including sharing a laugh or dance-off when appropriate.

Your role:

1. Providing high levels of customer service and building rapport
2. Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions confidently
3. Maintaining solid product knowledge across all business pillars
4. Upholding store standards, assisting with merchandising and presentation
5. Working towards budgets, targets, and KPIs
6. Assisting with stock control and quality management
7. Following national legislation, WHS, and security guidelines

You will also have:

- A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- A friendly, energetic personality
- A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
- A valid Police Check (required if successful in the interview)
