What We’re Looking For

- Experience: You’ve worked extensively in high care settings, supporting clients with complex needs. Your expertise is invaluable. Manual Handling, Hoisting and Transfers experience is essential.
- Qualifications: While formal qualifications are a plus, we value practical experience. A Certificate III in Individual Support and/or equivalent, a Current National Police Check, and a First Aid/CPR Certificate are essential. Students studying a Health Degree equivalent (Nursing, Paramedicine) are also encouraged to apply.
- Requirements: Driver’s licence, Right to Work in Australia, NDIS Workers Screening Card, and Blue Card.
- Empathy and Compassion: Your ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate care sets you apart.

We serve clients across Ipswich, from Laidley, Ripley, Karana Downs to Redbank Plains. A willingness to travel is crucial. Your responsibilities will include domestic cleaning, personal care, ADLs, transportation, community access, and companionship.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $38.76 plus 11.5% superannuation. We also reimburse the cost of travel between shifts and any transportation during shifts.
