About the Role
The Service and Production Manager is a permanent leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Service and Production teams to ensure operational performance aligns with the clients' strategic objectives and values. This role focuses on uniting a diverse team, promoting collaboration, and driving ongoing improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a diverse team, promoting accountability and company values.
- Manage daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain safety and compliance by managing hazards and equipment standards.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
- Work closely with Engineering, Logistics, Technical Support, Warehouse, and Customer Service for smooth workflows
- Promote open communication and teamwork across all operational teams

Key attributes:

- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Industrial Technology, or a Certificate IV/Diploma in Leadership and Management. Lean Six Sigma certification is highly valued.
- Proven experience managing service and/or production teams in industrial equipment or related industries, including multi-site or large-scale operations.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing and sustaining LEAN or similar continuous improvement frameworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, coupled with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, integrity, and teamwork.
