Cutting Crew Supervisor position available in Tully, Far North Queensland, for a family farming business that has been in operation for over 75 years - Mackays Bananas.

There are 5 positions available.

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:40pm.

This position is classified as Level 3 under the Horticulture Award 2020. All positions include on-the-job training and potential for upskilling. The roles are based on banana farms, with duties including but not limited to:

- Managing and executing the farm cutting program
- Record keeping
- Providing training, instruction, and supervision to the team
- Participating in training and workshops
- Preparing cutting bits for planting
- Cutting down trees/banana bunches
- Performing any ad hoc duties within the employee's competency

Start Date: Employees are expected to commence in June 2025 for up to 9 months.
