Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00am – 6:30pm

Pay: $39.24ph - $44.20ph

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

- Engaging and supervising the children at all times

- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

If you hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, a current Western Australia Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between other local services and will have flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 6:30pm, then please apply now.
