The Opportunity

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, helping guests find the perfect souvenir, operating POS systems, and ensuring every store sparkles. Whether you’re serving from a retail outlets or a mobile cart, your role is all about creating joyful experiences that make every visit special.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the friendly face greeting guests and offering helpful, knowledgeable service
- Operate POS registers with accurate cash handling
- Assist with stock control by completing all relevant paperwork and following record keeping processes
- Contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming environment while working effectively within a team environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re after people who bring energy, teamwork, and a guest-first attitude You’ll bring:

- Experience in a similar retail or guest service role (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated cash handling skills
- Photography skills are a bonus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A bright, positive, and professional attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work any day including weekends, school holidays, and events
