ING Australia is hiring for multiple senior roles in Technology Risk within our Line 1 Technology Risk & Controls function. Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality risk assessments
- Advising on control requirements and performance for both Run (existing business) and Change (new initiatives)
- Embedding deeply within the business to provide proactive, day-to-day risk support
Qualifications
- Experience leading small teams and aligning them toward shared goals (team leadership roles)
- Strong understanding of how banking products are designed, delivered, and maintained in digital channels, as well as how core systems, cloud platforms, and distribution channels enable great customer outcomes
- Practical understanding of key Australian and European regulatory frameworks relevant to Retail Banking, Operations, and Technology Platforms
