Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join their APAC team

This role will focus on providing expert consultancy & delivering IoT solutions for smart buildings, working with a team of engineers and architects to transform various sectors through advanced building management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expertise in building management systems (BMS) and smart platforms, with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation.
- Assess client needs and develop customized solutions that integrate IoT devices, network infrastructure, and building automation systems.
- Support the deployment and implementation of digital technologies for smart places, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Stay informed on the latest innovations in IoT, building automation, and energy management systems to continuously improve solution offerings.
- Ensure that projects meet regulatory standards and align with sustainable and innovative practices.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in IoT, smart building technologies, and building management systems (BMS).
- Strong understanding of both mechanical and network engineering, particularly in the context of smart building infrastructure.
- Familiarity with systems integration and how IoT devices interact with HVAC, security, lighting, and other building automation systems.
- Expertise in energy management and sustainable building practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative, technology-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
