Position Overview
Charter Keck Cramer has an opportunity for an Associate to join their Advisory team in Sydney. Reporting to the National Director, this position delivers strategic property outcomes, underpinned by comprehensive research and analysis.

Core Responsibilities
• Prepare feasibility, highest and best use and other cash flow analysis
• Review and interpret property leases, transaction documents and consultant reports
• Undertake property portfolio reviews
• Assist with strategic accommodation and market rent reviews
• Assist with transaction management processes and property acquisition mandates
• Contribute to accommodation options business cases
• Develop comprehensive client proposals, reports and presentations
• Identify and pursue new clients to support business development
• Client liaison and relationship management

Position Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance or related disciplines
• 3-5 years property related experience
• Understanding of property valuation methodologies and metrics
• Strong articulate written (report writing) and verbal communication
• Demonstrated property research and data analysis capability
• Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships
• Commercially astute and client focused
