Position: Chef
Location: Tamworth NSW 2340
Salary: $76,000 - $78,000 plus Superannuation

Our client 'Powerhouse Hotel Tamworth' is looking for a Chef to join their growing kitchen team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
- Managing a team schedules and controlling food costs
- Supervising a day to day kitchen operations
- Leading, training, developing and inspiring your team while instilling company values
- Creating and delivering delectable meals
- Coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance as needed
- Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Exhibit excellent communications, organizational, time and resource management skills
- Ordering food supplies
- Preparing and cooking various food in accordance with the recipe
- Train junior kitchen staff

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Relevant qualification/s
- Prior experience in a similar role/setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking
