About the opportunity:

- Full-time, Permanent position

- Based in North Sydney or South Melbourne

oOhmedia is seeking a Junior Designer - Brand to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for an emerging designer eager to develop their skills and gain practical experience across various creative outputs, including brand campaigns, presentations, digital, and social content. Reporting to the Art Director - Brand, you will play a key role in producing design collateral that aligns with oOh’s brand identity and business objectives. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is keen to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the design and delivery of brand campaigns, presentations, and digital and social assets.

- Assist in preparing artwork for multi-format rollouts, including EDMs, PowerPoint, and other marketing collateral.

- Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and accuracy.

- Provide production support, including file setup, retouching, resizing, and exporting assets.

- Contribute creative ideas during team discussions and brainstorming sessions.

- Learn and apply best practice design processes under the guidance of the Senior Brand Designer.

- Collaborate with marketing, design team members, and internal communications to deliver high-quality creative outcomes.

Experience and Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience as a Junior or Graduate Designer, or strong internship/placement experience.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a solid foundation in design and layout.

- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and digital/social asset creation.

- Strong attention to detail and a genuine eagerness to learn.

- Ability to take direction, respond positively to feedback, and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to motion graphics or video editing tools.

- Experience in media, advertising, or corporate brand environments.
