About the Role
We’re seeking an inspiring and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with a talent for building a positive, team-oriented culture. If you’re skilled in relationship-building, communication, and creativity, and you bring initiative and problem-solving to every situation, we want to hear from you. Your passion for providing exceptional childcare will drive our team forward, and your commitment to our core values will make a lasting impact.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Engaging with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development.
• Motivating and supporting a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation.
• Building and maintaining a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback, and reflective upon best practice.
• Bringing a friendly, mature, and professional approach to everything you do.
• Ensuring the centre provides a safe and welcoming space that children, educators, and parents want to be in.
• Leading child-led, project-based learning experiences inspired by Reggio Emilia practices.
• Maintaining a high focus on child safeguarding and wellbeing practices.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced Educator: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Qualifications: Diploma in ECE (or equivalent) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, along with all relevant certifications for child safety.
• Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships, handle challenges, and create a culture of trust and support. Ability to develop strong relationships with children and families.
• Passionate and Proactive: Ready to excel under pressure, embrace challenges, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
• Working Rights: Full work rights in Australia.
