About You

Are you a passionate dietitian looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patient care? We're seeking a skilled and motivated AHP2 Dietitian to join our dynamic team at CALHN, the ideal candidate will have the following:

- Qualifications & Skills: A qualified Dietitian with eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Australia and a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Clinical & Professional Abilities: Strong ability to implement client-centred, evidence-based practices, with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Proven experience in acute or subacute care, working with interdisciplinary teams, supervising students or allied health assistants, and contributing to quality improvements.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of evidence-based nutrition practices, along with proficiency in electronic systems (Sunrise EMR or Delegate Meals Management System).
