The Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs to support marketing and communication efforts within Ace Property Team. This role includes research, concept development, production, and coordination of multimedia content across various platforms, including print, digital, and events. The Multimedia Designer collaborates closely with the Marketing team, Sales department, and company leadership to create and deliver creative assets that enhance brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Determine the objectives and constraints of design briefs related to property investment and marketing collateral by consulting with clients, sales teams, and company founders.
- Research and analyse communication and marketing trends to identify the best strategies and content approaches for the company.
- Formulate creative design concepts for advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, social media content, and event materials.
- Create visual representations, including sketches, diagrams, illustrations, and layouts, to effectively convey design concepts in alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate and negotiate design solutions with Sales teams, Senior Consultants, and company founders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Identify and propose suitable materials and media for events, print materials, promotional use, and corporate branding.
- Record, organise, and maintain all design specifications, including formatting details, dimensions, color profiles, and production guidelines for print and digital media.
- Ensure clear documentation for seamless execution during the production process.
- Liaise and coordinate with print suppliers, multimedia vendors, and other service providers to manage the production process effectively.
- Archive and maintain completed design works across various channels, including social media, print, and digital platforms, for future reference or reuse.
- Maintain a structured database to facilitate easy retrieval for clients or internal teams.

Requirements of the Candidate

Qualifications and Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication and Media Studies, Graphic Arts and Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with at least five years of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication principles.
- Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Desirable Experience

- Knowledge or experience within property investment, finance, or real estate marketing industries.
- Experience designing digital ads, especially for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
- Background working in design agencies, film/TV/post-production studios, or digital production companies.
