We’re seeking a talented Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join this collaborative, multidisciplinary team and contribute to research that reimagines how buildings are designed and made. In this role, you’ll conduct high‑quality, impactful research and develop collaborative projects with academic and industry partners. You’ll mentor PhD candidates, prepare research funding and ethics applications, publish in leading journals, and translate research outcomes into practical industry solutions. About You - A PhD in a relevant field. - Demonstrated ability to conduct and publish high‑quality academic research. - Proven experience working collaboratively with industry partners. - Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and academic writing. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. - High‑level computer literacy, including data management and reporting tools. - Commitment to staying current with emerging trends and technologies within your discipline and the broader AEC industry. Qualifications A doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline (architecture, design, engineering, business, computer science), and relevant work experience.
