As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Calala

- Our service is a 66-place centre, which has been rated as ‘Exceeding’ in all 7 National Quality Standard areas
- The centre director of our service, Helen, has over 20 years of experience at Goodstart Calala and has previously been awarded Goodstart’s Employee of the Year for NSW
- Our long-standing family base is a testament to the high-quality services we provide to local children and the wider community.
- We are very proud of our outdoor learning spaces, as they often surprise our guests and families with their size and the quality of resources available for lessons.

Responsibilities

- Take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure safety and inclusivity for all children in learning experiences.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
