With a growing pipeline of projects in Newcastle, we are looking for a skilled Leading Hand to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of civil and infrastructure projects.

About You

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Leading Hand with strong experience in civil construction. You take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy leading a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and providing leadership to site personnel.

What You Need

1. Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson in civil construction
2. Strong knowledge of concrete structures, earthworks, and general civil construction
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and high standards
4. Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Willingness to travel and work in regional areas if required (DIDO)
7. White Card and relevant industry certifications
8. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
