You will play a key part in connecting our Clients and Candidates within specialist sectors of the Manufacturing industry.

What will you be doing?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in our Manufacturing team, you will:

- Manage the full 360 recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage client relationships within the Manufacturing and Trades sectors.
- Drive business development and sales efforts to expand our client base.
- Attend client functions, networking events, and industry-specific forums to build your network.
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passionate team.

What do you need?

- Experience in delivering the full recruitment lifecycle (Manufacturing or FMCG / Logistics recruitment experience is a plus).
- Proven sales and business development skills.
- A Passion for supporting our candidates throughout pre and post placement
- Existing networks or potential sales channels (advantageous).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create sales opportunities.
- High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
- Team and customer-centric approach to work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do
