What you will do
- Conduct thorough assessments and treatments for patients diagnosed with stroke, tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
- Develop and deliver rehabilitation programs to aid in patients’ recovery and improve their quality of life.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families during the rehabilitation process.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid HCPC registration and have at least 6 months of NHS experience in a similar role.
- A full UK driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel between locations.
