Our culture club provides opportunities for everyone whether you’re into fitness, pizza making classes, socialising or bringing out your competitive side in trivia or lawn bowls, and so much more**What you’ll be working on**As our new Client Services Associate, you'll:* Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.* Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.* Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.* Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.* You’ll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment.* Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.* Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
