As a Food & Beverage Attendant in one of casual dining restaurants, you will contribute to the efficient operations of our busiest venues Your enthusiasm and can-do attitude will see you providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests by providing an exceptional service in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Fat Noodle:Dynamic Asian street food restaurant created by culinary Chef, Luke Ngyuen. Serving traditional family recipes reinterpreted, day & night

Food Quarter: Your one stop café for delicious dining. With flavours spanning the globe, you’ll be satisfied with irresistible cuisine at great values.

G&Tea: Chinese tea house by day, luxury Gin bar by night.

A few of your responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
- Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

What we are looking for:

- Experience working in a hospitality or customer service role
- Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSAcard (or interim certificate)
